WORKSHOP Trading Info

The WORKSHOP is   OPEN   for servicing & repairs every weekday that we are open, the WORKSHOP is   CLOSED   on SATURDAY'S, except for emergency work.

AFTER HOURS Trading info

If you cannot get into the shop during our Trading times, we have On-Line shopping available (mainly for clearance items though). You can feel secure while shopping On-Line through Pay Pal an EBAY Company. Orders will be shipped ASAP, usually within a couple of days from notification from Pal Pal of your order, as long as it's in stock at the time of order. We cannot sell full bicycles On-Line due to wholesalers restrictions, although we can offer frames & framesets only & we only sell within Australia & Tasmania !

RAD Refund/Returns

Please choose carefully as we don't normally give refunds.

No refund will be given if you simply change your mind or make the wrong selection

No refund will be given on any item ordered in especially for you.

A refund may be given less a 50% surcharge if the packaging is damaged.

If a product seems faulty, it must be returned to us so we can then contact the supplier for instructions.

If a product has been wrongly described by us, we can either exchange or refund the total amount as long as it meets our other requirements listed above.

No refund will be given on any ityem over 1 month from purchase date.

RAD Layby

We have a 3 month layby contract available.

Regular payments must be made, or unless other arrangements have been made.

We require a 10% Deposit (in stock items) & 50% Deposit (non stock items).

INTERNET Purchases

Any item purchased over the internet will not usually be covered under any warranties in Australia.

Make sure you get a good price, maqke sure you get the correct size, because it might not be such a good deal after all, if it is wrong.

Most wholesalers or retail shops in Australia will not have a record of the sale, so don't pretend you bought it at a retail shop in Australia.
