RETURNS & REFUNDS
You will be entitled to return an item if it meets any of the following criteria.
The item has a fault that you could not have known about at the time of purchase.
The item is not the same, or does not match the description provided at time of purchase.
We will exchange or refund a product that meets the above return and refund requirements.
You are required to return the product in its original condition, in its box undamaged, together with proof of purchase.
Defective products will be either repaired or replaced with the original product purchased.
If this is not possible, a full refund will be provided.
We will cover postage costs, on any item that meets any of these requirements, where applicable.
NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS
You will not be entitled to return an item if it meets any of the following criteria.
If you simply change your mind or no longer want the items.
If you realise you can't afford the items.
If you find the same item cheaper elsewhere.
If you chose the incorrect size and/or colour.
If you knew about a fault or were responsible for causing the fault or defect.
We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee & deduct any delivery fees, if the goods are returned without the original or damaged packaging, or have visible signs of use.
We check all items, making sure they fit the description, including any damage which may have occurred in storage or delivery.
If you wish to make a warranty claim, please email us ASAP.
If you have a problem with your order, we require you to contact us 7 days of receipt of the order.
