WHAT IS OUR RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY?
Our returns and refund policy include warranties
RETURNS & REFUNDS
You will be entitled to return an item if it meets any of the following criteria:
The item has a fault that you did not know about (see NOTE 1 below)
The item does not match the description provided at time of purchase.
We will exchange or refund a product that meets the above return and refund requirements.
You are required to return the product in its original condition, in its box undamaged, together with proof of purchase.
Defective products will be either repaired or replaced with the original product purchased.
If this is not possible, a full refund will be provided.
We will cover postage costs, on any item that meets any of these requirements, where applicable.
NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS
You will not be entitled to return an item if it meets any of the following criteria:
If you simply change your mind or no longer want the items.
If you realise you can't afford the items.
If you find the same item cheaper elsewhere.
If you chose the incorrect size or colour (see NOTE 2 / 3 below).
If you knew about a fault or were responsible for causing the fault or defect.
We check all items before posting making sure they fit the description, including any damage which may have occurred in storage or pre-delivery.
1: If for an unknown reason your item has a fault, developed a fault or was damaged on delivery, please don't hesitate to contact us by email ASAP, so we can give you instructions on how we can rectify the situation.
2: We know that Sizing and Colour choice can be an issue when buying On-Line. So please don't hesitate to email us if an item doesn't fit or you chose the incorrect colour. We will be happy to exchange for your preferred choice, although you must cover the cost of postage as it wasn't our mistake.
3: We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee & deduct any delivery fees, if the goods are returned without the original or damaged packaging, or have visible signs of use.
